Purchasing

You can place your order over this website, alternatively you can visit one of my stockists (please contact me first if you are interested in a particular item to ensure it is available at your chosen stockist). Many of my items are unique and may not be available other than on the website.

I use an established secure 3rd party debit and credit card payment service to process online payments. Once your order has been received, I'll send you a confirmation email. If you don't receive this within 48 hours, please contact me. When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Commissions and custom orders are subject to a 50% deposit on acceptance with the remaining balance to be paid prior to shipping.

Buyers from outside the EU, please be aware that you may be subject to additional import / custom fees payable in your country.

I offer discount codes from time to time - please note these coupons can only be used once and not in conjunction with any other offer.

Payment must be received in full before your order can be accepted. All prices shown are shown in Euro's. Product prices exclude postage cost, which is calculated at checkout.

€6.99 Domestic shipping with Ireland or spend over €150 and get free shipping

€14.99 European Shipping or spend over €250 and get free shipping

€19.99 Rest of World Shipping or spend over €300 and get free shipping

Cancellations / Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible giving your full name and order details. If I haven't yet dispatched your order I will cancel and confirm via email.

I offer a 30 day money back (minus postage costs) guarantee. Returns outside of this period may be accepted at our discretion.

To ensure your items are covered for any loss or damage I recommend that all items are returned using a tracked delivery service. I are unable to accept responsibility for lost or damaged items during return transit.

All items must be returned unworn, in their original condition with original packaging complete and seals unbroken.

Should you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact me.

Returns made on a non-faulty basis may be charged a restocking fee of up to 20% of the items value.

Warranty

I am proud of the quality of my work and guarantee to repair any breakages or damage caused by manufacturing fault free of charge within six months. Please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

For items to be considered under the warranty repair please contact me to arrange return.

Jewellery Care

Polishing with a soft, lint free cloth is an effective way to keep jewellery looking shiny and lustrous. Lawless Jewellery should not be cleaned in ultrasonic cleaning equipment as this may affect certain applied finishes or materials.

Remove jewellery when you shower or bathe and particularly when at the beach, in the sea and in chlorinated water as some finishes or materials may be affected. Avoid spraying perfume or applying creams directly onto your jewellery.

Storage in an airtight container or bag will help reduce tarnishing which is inevitable to all metals.

I take your privacy very seriously.

I do not share or sell any information with third parties other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into the Payment gateway providers database. I do not hold your credit or debit card details in our computer system.
